A project that goes off course is almost always a project that was poorly defined at the outset. Our approach puts clarity before code. Five steps, no surprises.
Before opening an editor, we listen. We immerse ourselves in your business, existing technical constraints and three-year vision. We meet your teams, analyse current processes and identify the real pain points. This phase is non-negotiable.
Estimated duration · 3 to 7 days
Design always comes before implementation. We deliver a complete architecture document: domain modelling, data flows, justified technology choices and realistic estimates. You approve this plan before we write the first line of code.
Estimated duration · 5 to 10 days
Two-week sprints with a demonstration at the end of each sprint. Code is continuously tested, versioned in Git and deployed to a test environment each sprint. You see the product progress, give feedback, and we adjust.
Estimated duration · Variable, depending on scope
Before any deployment: load testing, a complete security audit (OWASP Top 10) and business acceptance with your teams. We do not deploy until acceptance is signed off.

A project delivered without documentation is a project to rebuild in two years. We deliver complete technical documentation, training for your teams and three months of included post-launch support. The goal is your autonomy, not dependence.
