Purpose of processing

Your information is used to answer your enquiry and secure the service. It is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing. Processing relies on pre-contractual steps at your request or a legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing abuse. Technical hosting and email providers process the data needed to deliver the service.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 3 months. Active client correspondence is retained during the collaboration and for up to 3 years afterwards. Accounting documents and evidence subject to legal obligations are archived separately for the applicable statutory periods.
